Betty Ann Clemons Frank

Betty Ann Clemons Frank, 98, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 16, 2023, at her residence. She was born June 24, 1925, in Ashland, KY to the late Clarence and Faye Reynolds Clemons. She was preceded in death by her first husband and father of her children, Powell Amos Williams and her second husband, Marion Edward Frank. Mrs. Frank was a Cashier Agent for the V.A. Hospital and had previously been a Factory Worker during WWII. Betty was an avid writer who loved composing short stories and enjoyed playing Bridge. Survivors include her three children, Melinda (Jack) Stokes, Powell (JoAnn) Williams, and Melissa Williams (Marissa); nine grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; one brother-in-law, Victor Hoye. She was also proceeded in death by a daughter, Julia Ann Hoye; and four siblings. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 2:30pm Friday, September 22, 2023, at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home – Harrodsburg Rd. A gathering of family and friends will begin at 1:30pm. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions are suggested to Bluegrass Navigators, 1733 Harrodsburg Road, Lexington, KY 40504. Kerr Brothers Funeral Home – Harrodsburg Rd. is handling the arrangements.
