Funeral Time: Tuesday, September 19th at 6:00PM
Lynn Brock, 62, our beloved Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend entered into rest on September 13, 2023. Lynn was a loving mother to Christina Cromer-Bates (Shawn) and Shane Patrick Peck. She was a devoted Grandmother to seven beautiful grandchildren: James, Tristan, Zavier, Kylah, Jordyn, Hailey, and Leilani. She was also a beloved Aunt to six nieces and nephews. Lynn is survived by her sister, Karen Lee Guffey (David) and brother, FC Brock III (Janet). She was preceded in death by her parents, FC Brock II and Shirley Heath Hager. Lynn was the matriarch of her family and made every moment special for those she loved. She cherished time with her friends and family but loved being a grandmother most of all. Family traditions were very important to Lynn. She molded her family to be strong willed, independent, and free thinking. Lynn was an Alumnus of Tates Creek High School. She maintained her high school relationships throughout the years and participated in monthly gatherings with her 'Creeker' friends. Lynn truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures. Her hobbies include chatting with family and friends, painting with oil paints and watercolors, binge watching television shows, cooking, and being grandma. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.
Family, friends, and others whose lives Lynn has touched are invited to celebrate her life at 6PM Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home – Harrodsburg Road. with visitation from 4PM until the time of service at the funeral home. In honor of Lynn and her favorite color, please wear purple 💜.
