Charlotte Elaine Olmstead
Funeral Time: Saturday, August 6th at 3:00PM
In loving memory
Charlotte Elaine Olmstead
March 7, 2019 – July 31, 2022

Our beautiful girl, Charlotte Elaine Olmstead, beloved daughter of Matthew and Abigail Olmstead of Harrodsburg, is now screaming at flowers in heaven. Charlee brought joy and laughter to everyone in her life and her impact on the community was felt far and wide. She was loved by many, both in person and from afar, and she will continue to inspire friends, family, and community for years to come. Charlee’s extra chromosome brought a fresh perspective and new understanding to her family and friends and they will forever be changed by that experience. She loved and was loved beyond measure and will be missed every minute of every day.

A celebration of her life will begin at 1:00 pm followed by a service at 3:00 pm on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at Lex City Church, 410 Sporting Court, Lexington, and will be followed by a meal. Please join us in bright and joyful attire as we celebrate her beautiful life.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her older siblings Marcus, Emma, Phoenix, Leah, Memphis, and Bryson; paternal grandparents Edward and Linda Olmstead; maternal grandparents David and Virginia Smits; great-grandmother Donna Neu; aunts and uncles Carly Smits and Jason Payne, Daniel Pena, Shelby and Jason Vannette, and Adam Olmstead; first mom Robin Hubbard; and many other extended family members who love Charlee very much.

In lieu of flowers and gifts the family requests that donations be made to Charlee’s memorial fund. Her family will be creating an orchard in her name to celebrate her love of sunshine, flowers, peaches, and apples. This beautiful orchard will serve as her final resting place so family and friends can sit with her in the shade and scream at the flowers together. To donate please go to spotfund.com and search for Charlee’s Orchard.
