Robert Lewis Clem
Funeral Time: Wednesday, July 1st at 1:30PM
Lexington – Mr. Robert Lewis Clem, 90, of Lexington, KY passed away on June 27, 2020 at his residence he was born on August 2, 1929 and raised in Owsley County. He served in the US Army in the Airborne 101 division and the US Army Reserves. Robert was a leather worker he managed Barkley & Co. Tack later known as Albright & Barkley for over 42 years, and owned Clems Saddle Shop. Robert was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He leaves to mourn his passing his son, Robert “Robby” Clem of Lexington, KY; his sister, Francis Smith (R.B.) of Covington, KY.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Alex and Lucy Clem; his wife, Mildred R. Clem; his daughter, Joyce Ann Richardson; and brother, Ralph Clem.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30PM Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home – Harrodsburg Rd. visitation will be from Noon until the time of service Wednesday at the Funeral Home. Graveside service will take place at 2:30PM Thursday at Blue Grass Memorial Gardens.
