LUDDY, Norma D. Williams, 84, widow of John Joseph Luddy, died Jan. 3, 2018 at the Willows in Hamburg, Lexington, KY. Born Jan. 24, 1933 in Miamisburg, OH, she was the daughter of the late Norman Richard and Ethel Marie Bangle Williams. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Curtis Williams; and a sister, Orpha Simmons. She attended Ohio State University. Mrs. Luddy had been employed by GE in Louisville and later worked in tax preparation and real estate in Lexington, KY. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and a longtime member of the Lexington Country Club. Mrs. Luddy was a member of The Cathedral of Christ the King. Survivors include a son, Nick (Becki) Luddy; two grandchildren, John Joseph Ryan Luddy and Emily Kathleen Luddy, all of Lexington, KY; four nieces, Janice Hartford, Ann Williams, Diane Ingles, and Suzanne Johnson; two nephews, Tom Johnson and Curt Williams; and two sisters-in-law, Marilyn Johnson and Argie Williams. Funeral services will be held 10 am Sat., Jan. 13, at the Cathedral of Christ the King, 299 Colony Blvd., Lexington, KY 40502. Burial will follow in Lexington Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-7 pm Fri., Jan. 12 at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home – Harrodsburg Rd. Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. 21903, Lexington, KY 40522-1903.
